Firebugs instead turn to magical inventions for this purpose. For evokers, the ability to control fire is the result of countless hours of study. Its spellcasting ability is Charisma (spell save DC 14, +6 to hit with spell attacks). To some people, such as fire genasi and draconic sorcerers, this manifests as an innate power that comes naturally. Id love to see a witch class in dnd however I dont think this is there yet.
